Contractors first attempt to meet USACE of less than .25 cfm air leakage per sq. ft. of building envelope. Despite the size of this building, the general contractor did pay proper attention to air barrier details. The end test result was .11 cfm per sq.ft. which was well under the specification limit of .25 cfm per sq.ft.
